Strata’s Ground-Based Traffic Surveillance (GBTS) is an aviation-grade surveillance service providing accurate, low-latency tracking of all aircraft, cooperative and non-cooperative, across low-altitude and complex operational environments.
By fusing ADS-B, multilateration, and non-cooperative radar sources, GBTS delivers validated track data meeting DO-381A performance and latency requirements. Prioritized or full-track outputs are delivered to subscribers based on operational needs, from fleet-level awareness to safety-critical applications.
GBTS fills critical surveillance gaps in legacy ANSP infrastructure, particularly in low-altitude, urban, and terrain-constrained environments and, more significantly, provides the ground-based traffic awareness that enables autonomous aircraft to safely access and operate within the airspace.
